During these unprecedented times, the PRCA member companies are keenly aware of the challenges faced by our families, employees, industry, and nation. PRCA members are dedicated to the health and wellness of our employees as well as the employees and customers of those we serve.  All members have taken steps to mitigate the risk of coronavirus in our facilities by implementing cleaning protocols and putting procedures in place to enable social distancing.  Currently, supply chains in the industry and amongst PRCA members are intact.

There is no doubt that the point of sale receipts market is at the forefront of our economy and a barometer of transactional activity.  Our industry is an essential part of the supply chain for groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, and government agencies.  We provide products and services that allow these industries to operate efficiently to deliver food and critical supplies. Over the last few years, the industry has faced challenges around mis-informed legislation and illegal imports, but perhaps no challenge as great as that presented by COVID-19.  With many of the market segments that we support being forced to close, our member companies pledge to keep our many loyal customers informed on all matters related to the receipt industry during this time and look forward to a time when we can get back to the work of promoting the paper receipt industry.
